Everglades National Park is nicknamed the River of Grass for good reason: with so much of the park being remote and accessible by water only, you’ll need a boat of some sort to really be able to explore it! There are ample opportunities to rent stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, and even motorboats in the park, just make sure you pack your dry bag!

An Alluring Visit to Grand Teton National Park

We quickly fell in love with Grand Teton National Park when we arrived and ended up staying for a full week despite our original plans to only stay for a couple of days. When we set out on our cross-country adventure, the Tetons were merely a park to check off the list. The Grand Tetons is one of those National Parks that flies under the radar, but once you experience it, it changes you. PSA to Humans: Be Better

We should not have to discuss things like this but apparently we do. Nature is a privilege. Full stop. I think the pandemic was an opportunity for many to get out and explore nature more. All of a sudden, people were forced to find new activities that didn't involve the hospitality industry, so people flocked to the great outdoors. Last year I remember thinking it was great to see people getting out into nature more. Well humans, you all let me down!

24 Hours in Newport, RI

After a few months of stagnancy, my boyfriend and I decided we were both in need of a quick getaway to refuel our adventurous souls. Kyle on the other hand had not explored Newport that much at all so I was down for the adventure!
