Hello, I’m Kristin!

New Englander, designer,

travel planner and adventurer.

I never took the opportunity to study abroad in college, but by the time I realized that I had a real passion for travel, I was already stuck in a 9-5 career with limited vacation time.

I grew up with parents who were both self-employed so we took our one week vacation a year, and made the most of it! As I got older I realized that there were opportunities for adventure outside of the one vacation per year. Every weekend is an opportunity to adventure, every day is an opportunity for a day trip, every detour is an opportunity to explore a new place. I quickly found out that adventures didn’t have to be lavish to be enjoyable.

Clearwater, Florida is our home for the winter and we’re getting out and trying to explore the area as much as possible. Pinellas County is home to towns like Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg and endless amounts of small beach towns. Located just southwest of the city of Tampa, locals consider themselves one of the hidden gems of Florida in terms of tourism but the word has gotten out.
It’s almost over my friends. 2020 is finally on it’s way out, and I like many genuinely believe 2021 will just be better all around! I do recap posts every year and I was wondering if it’d be worth doing one for this year but when I looked back, I realized that I still made the best of this year!
